By accessing or using OVoice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OVoice is a web-based text-to-speech (TTS) platform that converts written text into spoken audio using multiple AI voice providers including FPT AI, Zalo AI, Microsoft Edge TTS, CapCut, and VieNeu.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service's infrastructure
Resell or redistribute synthesized audio without a commercial license

5. Intellectual Property

All audio generated using the Free plan is licensed for personal use only. Pro and Master plan users receive broader usage rights as described in their respective plans. Voice synthesis providers retain rights to their underlying voice models.

6. Limitation of Liability

OVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruptions in service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
